C. Adam Buck
Adam Buck is an accomplished attorney with over 10 years of transactional and litigation experience licensed in Arizona and Nevada. His practice areas includes business law, real estate law and commercial litigation. In addition to practicing law he has been personally involved in several start-up companies so he understands the needs of entrepreneurs and small businesses. He was also formerly licensed as a real estate agent in Nevada and Utah.
As lead counsel he has successfully conducted jury trials, bench trials, administrative hearings, arbitrations and appeals. He has experience in all phases of civil litigation and trial.
In addition he also assists clients with transactional work including real estate purchase contracts, commercial and residential leases, easements, contracts for deed, promissory notes, deeds of trust, assignments, short sale approval letters, loan modification agreements, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, tenants-in-common agreements, guarantees, sublease agreements, virtual tenancy agreements, warranty deeds, quit claim deeds, formation of corporations and LLCs in Arizona and Nevada, operating agreements, joint venture agreements, partnership agreements, independent contractor agreements, consulting agreements, buy sell agreements, confidentiality, non-circumvention and non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, non-compete agreements, services agreements, powers of attorney.
Adam graduated from Brigham Young University (1997) and attended the University of Tulsa College of Law (2000) on an academic scholarship. While in law school, Adam served as the Articles Editor for the Energy Law Journal. After law school, Adam worked for one of the largest and oldest law firms in Las Vegas, Nevada. Adam has also worked as in-house counsel for a real estate development company. Most recently, he was the Managing Partner of Buck Edmonds PLC, an Arizona law firm with a focus on real estate law and litigation.
Adam lived in Resistencia, Argentina from 1992 through 1994 as a missionary serving the local community.
In the evenings and weekends, when not working hard for his clients, Adam actively volunteers in his church. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and loves fly fishing and basketball.
