Robert Mann

Robert ("Bob") Mann brings nearly twenty years of civil and complex commercial litigation expertise to the Firm, having represented clients in Arizona litigation matters of all sizes for clients located in diverse locations, from North Carolina to Hawaii. He is experienced in all forms of State and Federal Court advocacy, including meditation, governmental administrative proceedings, arbitrations, trials, and appeals. Bob has helped resolve litigation matters stemming from contract disputes, professional liability, personal injury and wrongful death, real estate transactions, insurance coverage and bad faith, and general business conflicts. He spent many years practicing with one of the 50 largest law firms in the country and most recently ran his own small practice before joining the Firm.

Bob graduated from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law (then known as Arizona State University College of Law) in 1994. While a law student, Bob earned numerous awards for advocacy. Bob earned his bachelor of arts degree in both Journalism and Mass Communication and in Political Science from the University of Iowa and remains an avid Hawkeye fan. Prior to law school, Bob was a sports reporter for a Mesa, Arizona, newspaper. He lives in Scottsdale with his wife and two young daughters.
