Firm Overview

The Frutkin Law Firm, PLC was founded in 2007 by attorney Jonathan Frutkin with the goal of providing exceptional legal representation to clients throughout Arizona in business and corporate law and related areas, ranging from taxation and asset protection to estate planning.  Prior to establishing the firm, Jon worked in several entrepreneurial and business roles in fields ranging from software to food service to real estate.  Jon understands firsthand the needs of business owners, and has created a law firm responsive to those needs, providing quality legal representation with the highest possible level of client communication.

The Frutkin Law Firm consists of attorneys with decades of experience in each of our core areas of business law, bankruptcy, and estate and tax planning.  Harvey Frutkin has been practicing law for over 35 years and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in such areas as wills and trusts, asset protection, and probate administration, with a special emphasis on tax planning.  Carolyn Tatkin has over 25 years of broad legal experience in business and commercial law and consumer bankruptcy.  Matthew Linn holds an M.B.A. in addition to his law degree and has years of experience in the securities industry both as a financial consultant and in trading systems' design, while Shannon Hennessey comes to the firm with over 12 years of law firm experience.  For more information on the background and experience of our attorneys, please visit the attorney profiles page.
